1 lb ground beef 1 yellow onion (chopped) 1 green or red bell pepper (chopped) 2 cans of beef broth1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp seasoned salt 1/2 tsp black pepper (ground) 1 cup white rice (uncooked)

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in the ground beef, onion, peppers, salt, seasoned salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease. Stir in the beef broth and rice. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender, and the liquid has been absorbed, 20 to 25 minutes.
