About the event
We will be distributing groceries and recipes to families in the Fountain Valley/Huntington Beach area. You will get to help us set up for the distribution in the morning, distribute the food and clean up at the end.
__ Closed toe shoes and comfortable clothing and a hat are suggested.
__ We will provide gloves to volunteers that would like them. On distribution days we will provide aprons to wear on the day of food distribution. They will be washed after every use.
__ If you are not feeling well please stay home. Please let us know and we will reschedule you for another day.
We will be working outside as much as we can to provide lots of fresh air. We will be providing food to families as a drive through distribution, where we put food in their trunks or backseat. Please bring a water bottle as it is hot and we have limited shade. If you have paperwork for tracking your volunteer hours for school please bring it and we will happily sign it for you.
